Occupational Health and Safety
Basic Approach
The Satori Group believes that ensuring a safe, healthy, and comfortable working environment is the highest priority in all of its business activities. We are committed to preventing occupational accidents, work-related illnesses, and traffic accidents before they occur.
To enable every employee to perform at their full potential with confidence, we continuously improve our workplace environment and work to reduce risks and prevent recurrence through both physical measures and operational initiatives.
Occupational Health and Safety Committee Structure
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, we have established an occupational health and safety management system and appointed occupational health and safety managers. We also hold regular meetings of the Occupational Health and Safety Committee to promote health and safety initiatives based on its decisions.
The minutes of each committee meeting are shared with employees and utilized to support accident prevention and occupational health and safety activities.

Occupational Health and Safety Initiatives
We continuously implement a wide range of occupational health and safety initiatives, including the following, to provide a safe and secure working environment and support sustainable business operations.
• Workplace Environment Improvement
We maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable workplace by promoting good housekeeping and workplace organization.
• Workplace Safety Inspections
Members of the Occupational Health and Safety Committee conduct regular workplace inspections to identify and promptly address potential hazards, including defects in equipment and office furnishings.
• Fall and Tip-over Prevention Measures
We implement preventive measures such as installing safety nets and retaining bars to prevent objects from falling, and securing office furniture to walls to reduce the risk of tip-over accidents.
