Diversity
We view diversity as a vital driver of organizational growth and innovation. Respecting differences in gender, age, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, religion, and cultural background, we are committed to building an environment where all employees can work with peace of mind and fully unleash their potential.
Promotion of Women's Empowerment
Our Group believes that empowering women is essential to organizational growth and innovation. We are committed to providing a workplace where all employees, regardless of gender, have equal opportunities to develop and fully demonstrate their abilities..
As part of our initiatives to promote women's empowerment, we introduced a new human resources system in June 2024 that integrated the former general clerical and career-track employee classifications for non-managerial employees into a single career-track classification, thereby providing women with broader career development opportunities.
Recognizing that women remain underrepresented in our workforce, we are also committed to increasing the recruitment, development, and retention of female employees.
As a result of these ongoing initiatives, we achieved our previous target of increasing the ratio of women in management positions to 5%. Building on this progress, we have raised our target to 7% and will continue our efforts to increase female representation in management positions.
